I had carpeting replaced in 3 bedrooms. Floor Coverings Inernational came out to my house and brought various carpet samples/colors to review and had a quote to me the next day. The pricing was very competitive with a better quality carpet and padding. The installation team was very professional. They arrived on time and finished the job in 4-5 hours as anticipated. The team cleaned up behind themselves and hauled away the old carpeting. They were excellent with his follow-up to insure everything was going as planned. I would definitely use Floor Coverings International again.

We love love love Warren!

When we decided to take the plunge and look around at flooring most companies just asked "What do you want?" and if you didn't already know which type of wood or tile you wanted or may need, they were happy to let you stand there and scratch your head. Warren came to our home with samples and was very straight with us about what would and wouldn't look good with our style home. AND the majority of the time, his ideas WEREN'T the most expensive materials. He never pressured us into more expensive wood or tile. This was my first time having hardwood flooring installed. We have an area that seemed problematic to me as far as it being aesthetically pleasing but Warren had the patience of a saint, walked me through his idea and it looks great now! So great that we still hear how much people love our floors when they walk in our house.
After we had thoroughly discussed which hardwood flooring we wanted, my husband and I decided to sell and go with less expensive flooring. I made a phone call to Warren and without complaint he was quickly back at our house with samples and suggestions to help us save money. The actual work of removing the tile and laying down the new floor was great. Warren's crew was very professional. The work went by quickly, neatly and actually better than expected. (We had some awful tile that was an absolute bear to remove) Warren is also very upfront with the cost. When comparing his bid to others, I found his very easy to read with no hidden (sneak up on you) costs. He is a very talented, honest and down to earth man. I enjoyed working with him and will continue to work with him with the remainder of our flooring needs.

Floor Coverings International exceeded my expectations on all levels. I had a difficult time choosing a carpet and fireplace scheme that would help warm up my living area until I spoke with Warren. Warren was extremely knowledgeable, patient, responsive and friendly. Additionally, he came to the house with a wide variety of samples so the entire family (seriously, not only my husband but my mother, sister and cousin included!) could provide input and..... we were a difficult crowd!
